The Facilities and Gardens
Marion-Warradale Congregation supports a range of uses of its properties including worship, cultural, education and training, health, social and recreation, retreats, conferences, weddings and functions.
Not-for-profit community groups, organisations or agencies that provide a service to the community are a priority to hire the facilities and gardens. Private and commercial bookings may also be negotiated.
Most spaces are fully accessible.
Some AV equipment can be arranged, at extra cost.

Space suitable for worship, concerts, performance, rehearsals, conferences.

Piano, pipe organ
Large rear projection screen, sound system (by negotiation)
Access to toilets via adjacent halls.
Rates & Charges
Hire rates below are for non profit organisations
(All prices are inclusive of GST.)
- Marion Hall from $50.00 per hour
- Green Room from $25.00 per hour
- Marion Heritage Chapel Hall from $45.00 per hour
- Marion Worship Space from $50.00 per hour
- Marion Heritage Chapel from $45.00 per hour
- Access to outside garden spaces for weddings, photographs and special events by negotiation.
Different rates apply for private bookings and commercial organisations. Rates are a starting point for negotiation depending on needs, disadvantage, increased booking hours, possible other contributions, income share, and deposits/advance payments for regular rental/licence agreements.
There may be also negotiated fees for use of some equipment, including audiovisual.
Bond & Key Hire
A bond of $150 or more depending on the Event, may be payable by hirers with payment required to confirm the booking. Bond will be refunded subject to satisfactory inspection.
This includes a $50 key deposit which will be refunded when
keys are returned. The Bond is non-refundable if the event is cancelled
within 2 weeks prior to the booked date.
Bond, Key hire and Cancellation Policy will form part of the agreement.
